EnviroPlanning Welcomes You
Looking forward to helping you with your consenting needs
Experience and Expertise
"I have been a Resource Consents Planner since 2016, focusing especially on environmental consents (water discharges, water takes, land discharges, remediation of contaminated land, coastal erosion etc), large scale industries (such as roading maintenance/upgrades and quarries) and public infrastructure projects (water treatment plants and reservoirs, wastewater treatment plants and stormwater infrastructure upgrades). I have worked on a raft of projects, both big and small. I get a great sense of satisfaction from helping clients with their consenting needs, whether related to a small-scale individual development, or a large-scale business or public venture.
I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, making connections with a purpose, and striving for desired outcomes. When you work with me, you can expect a collaboration with transparency and authenticity. Want to learn more? Contact myself or any of my team members today for an initial consultation."

More About Us
Eloise Lonnberg-Shaw, Director and Principal Planner
Before moving into environmental planning, I worked as a lawyer for 10 years in the fields of litigation, resource management and Māori law. This background prepared me well for dealing with complex or contested planning projects which involve a large range of stakeholders and/or hearings. I aim to treat every client with the same level of priority and take pride in my ability to stay focused, patient and friendly, no matter what gets in the way.
I started EnviroPlanning after a number of years working for and with other organisations in the environmental space. Since starting my own business, I have truly enjoyed working with some wonderful clients as well as a raft of other excellent specialist consultants and have never really looked back! I love working in a small team, with the comradery and knowledge sharing that comes with that.
In my spare time I like to have a drink with friends, go on little adventures with my son or spend some relaxing nights at the family holiday home in Kinloch.
If you are interested in hearing more about my background and specific projects I have been involved with, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Sydney Harris, Planner
After graduating from Waikato University with an Environmental Planning Major, I started my career as a processing planner with local Council, which I really enjoyed. This experience gave me an understanding of the consenting process from a Council perspective, and I gained an informative entrance into the planning field.
Since starting with EnviroPlanning, I have worked on a raft of exciting projects which have allowed me to widen my planning knowledge and gain experience assisting with more complex consenting jobs. I have really enjoyed the wide range of work that comes with being a consultant and I always look forward to a new job.
Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, going to the beach, and finding new restaurants to try.
I look forward to meeting new people and working together on upcoming projects.
Stephanie Andrews-Paul, Planner
Over past years I have been on both sides of the resource consenting process. My projects have spanned across the private and public sectors including subdivision and various land use activities such as residential development, agricultural expansion and coastal infrastructure. Processing resource consents on behalf of five district councils has enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of environmental legislation. I apply this knowledge when investigating the best way forward for client projects.
In my free time I enjoy coffee catch-ups with friends, taking my dog swimming and practicing yoga.
I like getting stuck into projects and will keep the ball rolling towards our goal.
