Experience and Expertise
Eloise combines legal and planning expertise, having worked as a lawyer for nearly a decade before transitioning into environmental planning in 2016. Her background in litigation, resource management, and Māori law allows her to navigate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, hearings, and regulatory challenges.
Eloise and her team specialise in resource consents for environmental, industrial, and public infrastructure projects—ranging from waste- or stormwater discharges, water takes, or land remediation to quarries and roading upgrades. Whether assisting small developments or large-scale ventures, the team takes a solution-focused, clear, and practical approach to planning.
